related "h" pilot light is lit.
By successively pressing this key one swit-
ches from one phase to another within the
cycle. If it is in the wash phase by pressing
the key it switches to the rinse phase and if
it is in the rinse phase it switches to idle.
With the hood is open pressing the key
selects the automatic start up mode and
pilot light "b" is lit. When hood is lowered
the cycle begins.
"b" LED: Comes on when the automatic
start process is selected. It switches off by
pressing the key with the hood open.
DRAINAGE (4)
This key only works if the
machine is fitted with a draina-
ge pump. It only responds to the keypress
when the door is open. One pressed (the
"h" indicator it lit) the drainage cycle starts.
If the key is pressed again the cycle stops.
Once drainage has been completed, the
user must disconnect the machine using
the main switch; otherwise after a few
seconds it will start to fill again.
Machine ready PILOT LIGHT (a)
This light comes on when the was-
hing tank is heated to the pre-selected tem-
perature indicating that the machine is
ready to work.
Automatic PILOT LIGHT (b)
With the hood is open pressing
the key selects the automatic start up mode
and pilot light "b" is lit. When hood is lowe-
red the cycle begins.
"b" LED: Comes on when the automatic
start process is selected. It switches off by
pressing the key with the hood open.
OPERATION
Start up
1. Open the 3/4'' GAS water tap.
2. Connect the installation's protective cir-
cuit breaker.
3. Check that the filters and the overflow
unit shown in diagram "D" are fitted.
4. Activate the main switch (Diag. A, 1) to
start the automatic filling of the washing
tank and the connecting of the heating
resistances.
5. When the machine has reached washing
temperature (60ºC), the pilot light is lit
(Diag. A, a).
6. Start up cycle:
- Place the objects to be washed in the
basket.
- Close the door.
- Select the wash program pressing the
button (Diag. A-2), depending on the
degree of soiling. The corresponding
red LED will light up.
- Press the cycle start key (Diag. A-3). The
wash cycle luminous indicator (Diag. A-
f) will light up. The complete wash cycle
is performed. If during the wash cycle
the start key is pressed again (Diag. A-
3), the rinse cycle will start immediately
and if it is in the rinse the cycle will
stop.
In the "B" models with a drainage pump,
after the wash cycle and before the rinse,
the machine performs a drainage cycle and
the related "h" pilot light is lit.
6.1 Automatic start up:
With the hood open by pressing "Start"
(Diag. A-3) one selects automatic start
up mode and the pilot lit is lit (Diag. A-
b). On lowering the hood and activa-
ting the micro door, the cycle begins.
7. Once the cycle has been completed the
two pilot lights (Diag. A-f) and (Diag. A-
g) start flashing indicating the end of the
cycle.
8. Models with drainage pump: With the
door open a pressing the pushbutton
(Diag. A-4) the drainage pump starts up
for a specified amount of time that is
sufficient to empty the washing tank,
after which the pump stops. By pressing
the drainage key (Diag. A-4) the pump
starts and stops alternately. With the
overflow unit fitted the possible excess
water accumulated in the washing tank
is emptied out.
Detergent dosage dispenser
The machine is ready for the installation of
an adjustable detergent dosage pump,
whose spare part number is indicated in
the spare parts list. The dosage dispenser
is mounted on the lower front part as
shown in the part breakdown diagram. The
machine has a hole at the rear where the
soap injection fitting attaches.
In the wiring and close to the solenoid
valve there is a terminal strip to connect
the power supply of the dosage dispenser.
(*)
The
pump
doses
out
approximately
0.7ml/s of detergent (maximum). In the
first filling approximately 119ml of deter-
gent are injected in 170secs, obtaining a
maximum concentration of 3 ml/litre. In
each cycle the pump injects 10ml of deter-
gent. The dosage may be decreased or
increased by turning the adjustment screw
fitted to the dosage dispenser.
WARNING: The manufacturer shall accept
no liability whatsoever due to faulty con-
nections during the installation of the
dosage dispensers.
Rinse aid dosage dispenser
Check that the rinse aid tank is full. Start
and stop the wash pump 5 or 6 times by
successively pressing the "Start cycle" key
(Diag. A-3), verifying that the rinse aid tube
fills up and it enters into the boiler.
Adjustment of the rinse aid is made using
the adjustment screw located at the front
lower part and in accordance with the
direction shown.
To verify whether the dosage of the rinse
aid is effective hold the glasses up to the
light. If there are water drops on the glass
the dose is insufficient; if streaks appear,
the dose is too high.
Installation of side tables:
The side tables are fastened using a set of
bolts into threaded holes (D) either on the
lower side part of the machine or on the
lower front part (D) Page 28. The upper
part of the tables is fitted in the washing
tank and is secured using the pressure of
the bolts.
Drainage of the machine
Models without drainage pump
Open the door and remove the overflow
unit without removing the filters. The water
falls by gravity and the dirt accumulates in
the filters.
"B" models equipped with a drainage pump
• Open the door and remove the overflow
unit without removing the filters
• Activate the drainage pushbutton (Diag.
A-4) on the control panel as shown with
the door open. The drainage pump ope-
rates for a programmed time until it
stops automatically. By pressing the key
the pump starts and stops successively.
• Once again fit the overflow unit and fil-
ters.
• Disconnect the main switch and close the
door.
Cleaning the washing tank:
The washing tank must be cleaned after
every washing session at the end of the
day. Proceed as follows: (Diag. C)
• Open the hood, remove the upper filters
of the washing tank and carefully clean
them. (Never remove the pump filter (5)
