OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Assembling the stand
1. Install the four plastic feets with the cross base.
2. Lay the two feet of the stand across each other, at right angles, and fit them to the
stand tube using the four screws and four nuts.
3. Remove the height lock from the stand tube.
4. Slide the decorative cover onto the stand tube, and fit it over the cross base.
5. Pull out the extension tube and fit the height lock to the stand tube.
Assembling the fan
1. Unscrew the white locking nut from the motor-housing shaft (by turning it clockwise)
and remove the locking nut.
2. Unscrew the white locking ring from the motor-housing shaft (by turning it
anticlockwise) and remove the ring from the shaft.
3. Fit the rear guard (with the grip) onto the motor-housing shaft, making sure that the openings are
aligned precisely with the lugs on the motor housing and that the grip is at the top.
4. Slide the white locking ring onto the shaft, and screw it tight.
5. Slide the fan blades onto the shaft, making sure that the notches are aligned precisely with
the two keys on the shaft.
6. Fit the white locking nut onto the shaft and tighten it (anticlockwise) whilst preventing
the fan blades from moving.
7. Hook the front guard onto the rear guard, , aligning both screw holes.
8. Install the screw and nut to lock the guards. Close the clips.
9. Loosen the stand lock fitted to the rear of the control unit.
10. Fit the fan onto to the stand tube, and tighten the stand lock.
Use
1. Set the fan on the floor, on a level surface.
2. Adjust the stand tube to the required height. Loosen the height lock (by turning it anticlockwise).
Adjust the stand to the required height and tighten the height lock (by turning it clockwise).
3.Tilt the fan to the required angle. You can set the fan: to blow horizontally or angled slightly
downwards. Tilt the ventilator housing and motor housing to the required angle.
4. Confirm that the Speed Control Lever is set to "0" (off). Plug the cord into a standard outlet.
5. The fan has 3 speed settings (See the picture):
0- Fan is off
1- Lowest speed
2- Medium speed
3- Top speed
6. Push the OSCILLATION KNOB to turn on the oscillation function.
Pull the OSCILLATION KNOB to stop.
7. Unplug the fan when not in use.
