Problem/Solution
•
Check that the main switch 0/1 on the unit has been pressed;
•
Check that there is voltage in the power cable;
•
Check that on models COD.9/2S22BT- 9/3S20BTW the plug is
correctly mounted and/or the cable is not damaged.
•
Check that the remote control has the batteries charged and that
the product is positioned frontally. Range of action (max 7m);
•
Try manually on the unit with pushbutton ON/OFF Reset.
•
Check that the remote control has the batteries charged and that

•
Contact technical support (+39 02 90639261 then press 7) or
your dealer because the heating element may be damaged.

Contact technical assistance (+39 02 90639261 then type 7) or
your dealer because the heating element that does not switch
on may be damaged.

Make sure the battery is charged and correctly inserted. If in
doubt, replace the battery;
•
Make sure you are within range of the remote control from the
front (max 7m from the product).
•

•
