Troubleshooting (when using Remote Control)
Problem
Product does not switch on
The product does not switch off
The heating element does not
turn on at any set power level
CODE 9/2S22BT- CODE 9/3S20BTW
Only one heating element lights
up at any set power level
CODE 99/2S40BT COD 99/3S40BTW
The remote control does not
work
Power regulation does not work

Problem/Solution
Check that the main switch 0/1 on the unit has been pressed;
Check that there is voltage in the power cable;
Check that on models COD.9/2S22BT- 9/3S20BTW the plug is
correctly mounted and/or the cable is not damaged.
Check that the remote control has the batteries charged and that
the product is positioned frontally. Range of action (max 7m);
Try manually on the unit with pushbutton ON/OFF Reset.
