5.2. Warranty storage period: no more than 6 months.
6. Operation and maintenance.
6.1. Design and operation:
A refrigeration unit comprises a compressor, a condenser, a drier filter, a capillary pipe serving
as a thermostatic valve, an evaporator, a booster and a liquid separator. Units that include a
thermostatic valve have a receiver installed in them after the condenser. All the elements of the
hydraulic system of the refrigerator unit have hermetically sealed connections with each other.
The condenser and evaporator are comprised of ribbed pipes and a fan that blows air over them.
The pipes are made of copper while the ribs are made of an aluminium alloy. The automatics
system is comprised of a microprocessor controller that ensures the refrigeration unit runs in
accordance with the user program. The compressor is protected with a high and low pressure
relay while the 235 and 335 series refrigeration units additionally feature a voltage monitoring
unit. An automatic condensation pressure regulator can be installed to ensure consistent freon
condensation pressure; the user can switch this regulator off. Automatic melting. The heating
elements heat up the evaporator and pallets. There is an additional heating element installed in
the melting condensate drainage hose to prevent the condensate from freezing up in the hose.
6.2. Installation of the monoblocks and split systems:
6.2.1. Refrigeration monoblocks are isntalled on the side walls of refrigeration boxes. For ALS
103, 105, 107, 117,120, 218, 220, 330 special installation holes are made on the side panels as
per figure 1 and for ALS235 and 335 holes are made in the side panel as per figure 2.

When split systems are installed, the air cooler is attached to the ceiling slab with the mounts.
The unit is installed on the ouside of the refrigeration box, the distance between the unit and the
air cooler must be as short as possible. The connecting pipes must have the same diameter as the
pipes of the unit. The freon return pipe outside the refrigeration box must be heat-insulated with
armaflex.
When the power cable is connected to a three-phase grid, no orientation of the phase
conductors is required except for the series 330, 235 and 335 series monoblocks and split
systems equipped with voltage monitoring units. If the system does not start the first time
you turn it on, switch any two phases.
The yellow and green cable must be connected to a separate grounding circuit to ensure electrical
safety.
6.2.2. To prevent precipitation (snow, rain )from getting into the compression and condensation
unit a roof must be put over the monoblocks and split systems installed outside.
