Provide for sufficient ventilation dur-
ing operation. Do not operate the bat-
tery charger in enclosed cabinets or in
close vicinity to heat sources. Ambi-
ent temperatures in excess of +45 °C
can lead to malfunctions.
Do not charge non-rechargeable bat-
teries. Otherwise there is danger of
fire and explosion.
Keep the battery charger clean. Con-
tamination can lead to danger of an
electric shock.
Before each use, check the battery
charger, cable and plug. If damage is
detected, do not use the battery
charger. Never open the battery
charger yourself, and have repairs
carried out only by FEIN or an author-
ized FEIN service agent. Damaged bat-
tery chargers, cables and plugs
increase the risk of an electric shock.

batteries, imitations or other brands,
there is danger of fire and/or explo-
sion.
