GETTING STARTED
Press the Zero button to reset the coffee scales to zero.

The Add Coffee icon will flash next to the coffee scales.
Add coffee until the Scales icon is displayed.

If too much coffee is added to the filter basket, the display

will show flashing bars above the top of the scales. You can
remove coffee until the Scales icon is displayed, or you can
brew with the extra coffee.
Close the coffee drawer. The Scales icon is not displayed

Place jug with jug lid on base.

For hotter coffee: Before brewing, fill the jug with hot water
and let it stand for 1 minute, before emptying it.
Press the Start/Stop button to begin brewing.

The display will show the Brewing icon.

When brewing is complete, the display will show the Ready

The display will then show the Time Since Brew icon to

let you know how long the coffee has been in the jug. After
60 minutes the coffee system will return to standby mode.
To remove this timer from the display, press the Clock
button.
NOTE: Empty jug before starting next brew cycle to avoid
overflow.
