Risk of damage if using powder. Any kind of powder on the inner side
of the socket or on the skin can restrict or disable the functionality of
the vacuum connector during use. Avoid using powder in the prosthetic
socket or on the liner.
1.3 Function
The vacuum connector has not thread (click connection). It is opened and
closed by pressing together two levers. It serves to conduct air from the
socket to the Harmony pump through a hose.

3 Handling
The dummy provided is used during vacuum forming or lamination and al-
lows for precise fitting into the socket made of different materials. Please
always make sure that the full dummy surface rests on the plaster positive.
