EUROSEAL ® 2001 PLUS
- Clean the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth, after making certain that the machine
is completely dry. Before starting to work make sure that the machine is completely dry.
During the cleaning of the machine make attention to the cutting edge position.

SPECIAL MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS

- The machine does not require routine maintenance
- For every special maintenance operation refer to the specifications section in PART 2.
- All operation must be effected by a specialised technician.
HOW TO REPLACE THE POWER UNIT, SILICON RUBBER BAND
AND OF THE ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD
RESISTANCE:
Remove the two plugs - A -
from the knife protection
casing and then loosen the
two screws - I -; raise the
whole unit - G - with the
Belleville washers - B -.
Lower the lever - C -, as
shown by the arrow, then
remove the screw - U -
from the resistance insulat-
ing block - S - and with-
draw it by pulling it
towards the left and lifting
it until the connector - E -
comes out from the resis-
tance support.
It is now possible to dis-
connect the ground wire
from machine connection - D - as well as the connector - E -.
To re-assemble, proceed inversely paying particular attention when inserting the wires into their
seats. Re-fit the Belleville washers - B - before securing the unit - G - with the screws.
