1 - GENERAL INFORMATION

The Espas30 I station is a device designed to provide complete control of the entry point of an
Espas30 automated car-cark.
It can be used in conjunction with other Espas30 stations for automating as many entrance
and exit points (up to 8 entrances and exits).
The station is fitted with:
- front opening for practical inspection without obstructing the traffic lane, and op-
tion of wall mounting;
- sheet steel casing with protective electrophoretic and polyester coatings;
- fanfold ticket thermal printer;
- 4000-ticket sets (tickets not supplied as standard);
- 125KHz operators' proximity RFID card reader;
- 20x2 LCD display for service information;
- ticket barcode optical scanner (optional);
- button for intercom call (optional intercom system).
The Deneb control board is supplied by the manufacturer with standard settings.
Any change must be set using the joystick and the display present on the Deneb board, follow-
ing the instructions found in this document.
The main features of the Deneb control board are:
- 16-character LCD removable display and joystick to program all the station functions;
- calendar clock;
- flash memory for storing the operating configuration;
- management of the operator's cards;
- Molex connectors for quick and safe wiring;
- inputs/outputs for the connection to any type of electro-mechanical barrier.
