How to wear the helmet:
You can never anticipate when you will need a helmet, so wear it correctly every time you
take part in an event, as in figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. It is important to know that the
helmet can only protect if it is worn properly. Try several sizes and choose the one that feels
most secure and comfortable on the head.

1. The helmet must be worn properly FIG.1, must not leave the forehead and nape of the
neck uncovered, must not be pushed too far forward or back on the head FIG. 2 and FIG.
3 and must be comfortable.

It must not rotate sideways FIG.4. The helmet size, when not adjustable, must correspond
exactly to the circumference of the head measured just above the ears FIG.5.
