ADJUSTING GAS CONTROL VALVE MINIMUM SETTING (10-12-20 *CPIA)
Important
Before making this adjustment, check that
the gas supply pressure is the same as the ra-
ted pressure for the type of gas in use (see ta-
ble at back of manual).
Natural and bottled gas
Proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap and switch off the

main electricity supply.
Open the hatch (A).
2)
Undo the screws (B) to remove the guard (C).
3)
Undo the screw of the pressure connection (E).
4)
Act on (G) to increase the temperature by at

least 2°C (35.6°F) compared to that measured
in tank.

Press the button (P) to start the operation.

Adjust the pressure using the screw (M) to

suit the type of gas being supplied, until the
corresponding value appears on the pressure
gauge (see table at back of manual).
– Turn clockwise to increase the pressure.
– Turn anticlockwise to decrease the pressure.
Important
The nut (N) must be screwed fully down.
Check the stability of the fl ame.

Switch the appliance off and back on a few

times to check that the setting has been made
correctly.

Connect the pressure gauge (F) to the pressu-

re test point (E).
Turn the guard (G) anticlockwise and remove

it.
Turn the gas supply tap back on and switch

the main electricity supply back on.
Switch on the appliance.

Fill the well with water and turn the gas sup-

ply tap back on.
Press the keys (G-H) together and the di-

splay will show the water temperature in the
cooking well.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect the

pressure gauge.
Fully tighten the screw of the pressure con-

nection (E).
After making the setting, seal the screw (M)

with paint.
Replace the guard (G) and close the hatch

(A).
