Problem
Selecting the
distribution button (3)
you cannot get a
beverage.
The capsule is not
ejected
Solution
1) Fill the tank with water
2) Check if the water tank is well
located.
3) Lift the lever to permit air outlet take
the capsule off and wait for a while to
let the pump be cool , close the lever
again and select the distribution
button(3).
If you cannot solve the problem, you
are kindly requested to contact
your service center.
Close the lever (1), then slowly open it again
Press the start button (3) and slowly open the lever as water is being
delivered (1).
