- Pressing this button activates the scales, the
weight indicator (11) will display 0000.
- Put the ingredients in the bowl and the weight
is displayed on the screen.
- To end the function, press and hold this button
for more than 3 seconds.
HEAT FUNCTION (6):
- This button is used to maintain a certain tem-
perature. The default value is 37 °C.
- When this button is pressed, the appliance
starts to keep the temperature of the container
at 37 °C.
- To change the default temperature, press but-
ton (6), use the selector knob to set the desired
temperature and desired time.
PULSE FUNCTION (7):
- Pressing this button activates the Pulse func-
tion, which produces a short burst at maximum
speed. This function is ideal for processing
hard foods or large quantities.
- If working cold: Press the button to process
the mixture for a few seconds. Releasing the
button deactivates this function.
- If working hot: for safety reasons, this function
is not available.
KNEAD FUNCTION (8):
- Pressing this button activates the function to
knead dough.
- The default speed is 3 and the default time is 2
minutes.
- Put flour and water in the container and press
the knead button (8).
- When this button is pressed, a beep will sound,
and the appliance will start kneading.
- After the time has elapsed, the Play/Pause
button will flash. 5 seconds later, the button will
stop flashing if no action is taken. All settings
will be erased.
PLAY/PAUSE (9):
- This button starts/stops the process. Press
this button to stop the appliance during the
operation. Press this button again to continue
the process.
- Press and hold the button for more than 3 se-
conds to stop the process completely and enter
standby mode. In this case, all of the settings
will be erased.
SELECTOR KNOB (10):
- This control knob is used to select the desired
temperature, speed and time.
DIGITAL SCREEN (J):
SPEED/TEMPERATURE INDICATOR (1):
- This indicates the appliance's speed (1-12) and
temperature (30-120ºC).
- When in standby mode, the speed/tempera-
ture indicator shows the container's current
temperature.
WEIGHT/TIME INDICATOR (11):
- This indicates the weight of the food when
using the scale function, and the set time (from
5 seconds to 90 minutes).
ACCESSORIES
MIXING PADDLE (H):
- The mixing paddle is used to whip cream, beat
egg whites and stir the food without shredding
it.
- To attach the accessory, hold the end of it and
press it down on top of the blade until you hear
a click. This will be attached to the blade. (Fig.
8)
- To remove the accessory, hold the end and
remove it by jiggling it from right to left.
USE
- Fit the blade and mixing paddle inside the
container.
- Add the ingredients and then fit the lid and the
measuring beaker. Next, fit the jug onto the
base of the appliance.
- Plug the appliance into the mains supply and
press the ON/OFF button (R).
- Set the time, temperature and speed (1-4).
Press the START button to start the appliance.
The set time will begin to countdown.
- 5 seconds before the time has finished, a war-
ning beep will sound.
- The appliance will stop automatically when
the set time has elapsed. If no time has been
programmed, the appliance will stop after 90
minutes.
- The START button will now flash for 5 seconds.
After which, all settings will be erased.
