To end the recording, press the red REC/STOP button again.

The first noise activates the recorder and it is possible it will not be
recorded.

Recording is interrupted following a pause in speaking of 2 seconds or
more.

Different speaking volume levels do not cause an interruption in
recording.

Setting the volume

Activate Standby mode and press
the Plus button

to increase or reduce the play-
back volume accordingly. There
are 10 settings available:
from −0 (mute) to −9 (loud).
The volume can also be adjusted while a recording is being played back.
