TEST A SMALL SECTION OF HAIR BEFORE USING; THEN ADJUST TEMPERATURE DEPENDING
ON HAIR TYPE.
STYLING
1.Start by dividing hair into sections, not more than 1 inch deep and 2 inches wide.
2.Keep
the section smooth by brushing or combing the ends taut with the other hand.
3.Taking
one section at a time, open the curling iron's clip by pulling the lever down and place the
end of your hair inside. Release the lever for the hair to remain clipped to the iron.
NOTE: make sure that you are placing your hair into the clamp in the same direction as the curling
guide, allowing as you turn the iron up to your roots.
4.Grasp the safety tip with the other hand, and it will be easy to roll the hair.
5.In a clockwise rotation, turn the styler up toward your roots. The curling guides should effortlessly
guide your hair into the barrel.
NOTE: if your hair is not being guided into the barrel, but instead going over the curling guides, try
turning the barrel in the opposite direction. And / or make sure that your hair is properly placed into the
curling iron's dip.
6.Hold the curl in place for up to 20 seconds for tighter curls. For softer, looser curls hold the iron for less
time.
7.When ready to release the curl, simply pull the curling dip down and away from your head.
8.When completely finished and all curls have cooled thoroughly, gently brush and comb the hair into a
stile desired.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
-To clean the unit, be sure the unit is cool and unplugged. Wipe the handle with damp cloth. No other
maintenance is necessary.
-Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
