USING YOUR DASH CAM
SET UP
Insert an SD Card into the SD Card Slot. You
should use a Class 6 SD Card or above (up to
64 GB), otherwise you may experience inter-
rupted recording when using your dash cam.
Place the camera in an area that does not ob-
struct the driver's view, usually near or below
the rear-view mirror. Be sure to arrange the
cable so that it is out of the way and does not
interfere with driving. Adjust the cameras to
your desired angles by rotating them.
CHARGING
The CDC-629 has a built-in battery, meant to
extend the camera's power time for an extra
few seconds. This is in case the power cord is
disconnected accidentally, so that the camera
can power down properly and protect the
recorded video files.
To ensure the best battery life, fully charge the
battery (about 1-2 hours) before your first use.
You can do so by connecting the dash cam to
a computer using the included USB cable, or
connecting it to your car using the car charger.
The red indicator light will illuminate while the
dash cam is charging, and will turn off when it
is fully charged.
