Hollow shaft drive for rolling shutters
For more details, please refer to the Gaposa catalogue "Controls" and related installation manuals.
For a better understanding of the connections between motor and control unit, below you can find a detail of the
functions of each wire (different colours) of the low voltage control cable.
7. LIMIT SWITCH SETTING (fig. 3 pag. 18)
SIDONE's standard version is provided with 4 cams for the limit switchs setting - 2 of them are operative and two
are for safety. On demand it can be supplied with more 1 cam for auxiliaries. SIDONE is also provided with three
microswitches up/down/stop, placed on the limit switch board enabling the motor to be put into action during
the limit switch setting phase.
WARNING!
These three micro switches are only usable with the control units QC02 and QC03.
With QC02+/QC03+/QC003 control units, the SIDONE during the limit switchs adjustment procedure can only
be controlled by a pushbutton (ACP4) connected to the control.
By an Allen wrench M5 you will set the limit switches as follows:
- Check the motor rotation (by pushing the UP button the door must open) otherwise reverse the phases V and W.
7.1 DOWN LIMIT SWITCH
- close the door in down limit position, release the A screw of the D cam, turn the cam till it reaches the
microswitch pin, then tighten the A screw;
- tune the setting by the B screw of the D cam.
- Open the door till the microswitch is free and then close it again.
- Check and eventually tune the down limit through the B screw of the D cam.
- With the door in its closing position, set the safety down limit switch by releasing the A screw of the SD cam and
turning it till it reaches the microswitch pin, then screw it again.
The safety limit switch enables to stop the door, without any damage, in the case that the phases are reversed.
7.2 UP LIMIT SWITCH
Open the door till the up limit position and set the U and SU cams (up limit switch and up safety limit switch) like
the two down limit cams.
