c. Installing the camera
• Screw the antenna behind the camera (fi g D - n°1)
• Choose a suitable location to install the camera. As far as possible, your system must be installed in a dust-free
zone, with few vibrations, good air circulation and fi tted with a wall power outlet for the 5 V
When installing the camera, check that the image reception on the monitor is correct before fi nalising. For example,
ask someone to hold the camera in the area to be monitored (see "connecting the camera").
Move the monitor to different places in the house to check that reception is good.
If you encounter interference or other problems, please read the "Troubleshooting" chapter.
• Make sure nothing interferes with the installation.
• Fix the wall bracket using the supplied screws (use a plug if necessary).
• Screw the camera onto the bracket (fi g D - n°2)
• Point the camera in the required direction and tighten the holding screw on the side.
d. Connecting the camera
• Push the power plug from the power supply into the jack on the camera to ensure the tightness
of the connection.(fi g D - n°3) and connect to a mains power outlet (fi g D - n°4).
The camera can be installed outdoors, but it is imperative for the adapter to be connected inside the
building.
e. Pairing extra cameras ("extra cam" option)
You can complete your installation by adding extra cameras (the monitor can take up to 4 cameras). The camera
supplied with the kit is already paired, but each additional camera must also be "associated" to the monitor.
To do this, follow the procedure below:
1 • Turn on the monitor screen by pressing the button for 2 seconds
2 • Press Menu
3 • Use the key to move to the
4 • Go to Pairing - OK -
5 • Select the camera N° (CAM 3 for example) - OK - "In progress..." displays (6)
7 • Press the camera's pairing button - "paired" displays
8 • Move to Exit or press menu twice to exit the Menu
Your camera is paired
Then select the required display mode using the Screen and Camera buttons
f. Infrared lighting
The infrared diodes produce light that is invisible to the naked eye.
Infrared lighting turns on automatically in the dark (1.5 lux: provide extra lighting at night).

5. USE

Turn on the monitor by pressing the ON/OFF button (fi g C -n°3) for 2 seconds
a. Recording
Detail of the different functions is given in the table on the next page.
You can record videos or pictures on the Micro SD card once you have formatted it (2):
• either in manual capture mode (2),
• in "programme" mode (5),
• or in "movement detection" mode (6).
Choose the video sequence length (5s/10s/30s/1 min), or the number of pictures taken (1/3/5 pictures)
b. Playing
To view a video or a picture: go to MENU/Play (1) and choose Video or Picture, the videos and pictures are fi led
in folders by date and time. Select the video and press OK to switch to read mode and
mode to pause mode. To delete a fi le, press Menu while the fi le is being read, "Delete File" appears, choose YES to
delete the current fi le.
