Steam station Use instructions
Select the desired temperature using the thermostat knob.
When the thermostat light switch off, the set temperature has been reached and the iron is ready for dry use.
When the "steam ready" light switch on, the appliance is ready for steam use.
To obtain steam, press the steam button.
Release the steam button when steam is no longer needed.
Or press the steam button and bring back the lever located in the middle of the same to block the continuous
steam button, if you wish to continuously press the steam jet. To release it, push the lever slightly forward
This appliance can also generate steam in a vertical position.
If the steam jet decreases while ironing, it means the tank is running out of water.
Warning: never allow the steam to escape from the iron while it is resting on the base.
Warning: the boiler is always under pressure!
Warning! During operation and immediately after use the iron and the boiler reach high temperatures, be
very careful not to touch these parts, to avoid burns. Grip the iron only from the cork handle.
HOW TO FILL THE BOILER WHILE THE APPLIANCE IS IN USE:
If the water runs out during ironing, to continue ironing, proceed as follows:
-Turn off the boiler. Select the "MIN" temperature by turning the thermostat knob.
-Release the residual pressure of the boiler, keeping the steam button pressed until no more steam comes out
of the plate. Then turn off the iron.
-Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
-Wait the iron and the boiler to cool down.
-Unscrew the cap and wait a few minutes.
-Slowly pour the water into the opening using the supplied funnel.
-Close the boiler with the cap.
-Switch on the iron and the boiler and proceed with ironing.
The boiler iron has a safety cap that prevents children from opening the tank.
WARNING! Never attempt to open the cap while the boiler is pressurized.
Never unscrew the boiler cap when the appliance is connected to the power socket.
Iron can smoke a little when it is turned on for the first time - this is normal and will soon disappear.
If the iron remains unused for a long period of time (a few weeks), it is suggested to press the steam button for
about 30 seconds with the iron in a horizontal position, to steam the pipes, before starting the ironing session.
It is not necessary to completely fill the boiler tank for short drafting sessions.
NOTE: When the iron is turned on, a few drops of steam will come out of the iron until the temperature is rea-
ched. It is advisable to direct the first jet of steam onto a rag until there is a stable steam emission.
The iron must be kept in constant movement on the fabric to be ironed.

TEMPERATURE SETTING:

Always consult the washing and ironing label inside the items to be ironed.
The number of dots shown in the adjustable iron thermostat indicate the temperature from the lowest (•) to the
highest (•••).
