Do not leave the Canicalm Spray collar on your dog more than 8 hours a day.
Recommendations
- The collar should only be used on dogs over 6 months old.
- Before using the collar, have your dog checked by your veterinarian to ensure he is fit to wear a bark
limiter.
- The collar is weatherproof but not waterproof.
- Do not place or keep the device in places exposed to temperatures exceeding 40°C/ 122°F.
- To avoid unexpected triggering, your dog should not wear any medal, metallic collar, or any other
kind of collar together with the CANICALM Spray collar.
- If you are not using the collar for 15 days or more, empty the reservoir by pressing on the refill valve
with a ballpoint pen.
- Using a mobile phone within 1 meter / 3.3 feet from the collar can occasionally trigger it.
- Under no circumstances should you open the CANICALM Spray collar. You could damage
components. Moreover, opening the collar voids your guarantee.
- Keep the Canicalm spray collar and refill can out of reach of children.
