ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO, D'USO E MANUTENZIONE
Prima dell'installazione e messa in funzione.
Attenzione! I tubi d'alimentazione devono essere sciacquati con cura prima dell'installazione del miscelatore, in
modo che non rimangano trucioli, residui di saldatura o canapa, o altre impurità all'interno dei tubi. Attraverso tu-
bazioni non sciacquate a fondo o attraverso la rete idrica generale, nel miscelatore possono entrare corpi estra-
nei in grado di danneggiare le guarnizioni/guarnizioni ad anello. Generalmente si consiglia di installare un fi ltro
sul raccordo principale dell'acqua. Prima della messa in funzione, svitare l'aeratore e sciacquare molto bene.
Sostituzione della cartuccia - Fig.1
Prima di sostituire la cartuccia, accertarsi che il raccordo dell'acqua sia chiuso.
Svitare la vite di fi ssaggio (A) utilizzando una chiave a brugola, estrarre quindi la maniglia (B) sfi landola dalla
cartuccia (F). Sollevare la ghiera copricartuccia (C) facendo leva (come in fi gura) tramite l'apposita scanalatura
di riferimento. Allontanare l'anello indicatore (D), svitare la ghiera di fi ssaggio (E) e togliere la cartuccia (F) dal
corpo del miscelatore (G). Infi ne introdurre la nuova cartuccia, accertandosi che le due spine di centraggio siano
nella loro sede e che le guarnizioni siano correttamente posizionate.

Avvitare l'eccentrico (1) alla parete, controllando che tra il muro fi nito e l'estremità di quest'ultimo vi sia una
distanza di circa 10-15 mm (l'interasse tra i due eccentrici dovrà essere di 150 mm). Avvitare i dadi di fi ssaggio
(3) del monocomando agli eccentrici (1) avendo cura di interporre le guarnizioni di tenuta (2). In ultimo, scorrere
il rosone contro la parete.

Before installation and setting to work
Attention! The feeding pipes have to be rinsed thoroughly before the installation of the mixer, so that no sha-
vings, welding or hemp residual or other dirt can be found in the pipes. Foreign bodies can enter the mixer
through the rinsed pipes or the general water plant and could damage the washers/ring washers. Normally, it
is recommended to install a fi lter on the main water union. Before the setting to work, unscrew the aerator and
rinse it very well.
Cartridge replacement - Pict.1
Before carrying out this operation make sure that water connection is closed.
Unscrew the fastening screw (A) using an Allen wrench, take out the handle (B), removing it from the cartridge
(F). Lift the fi nishing ring nut (C) using the reference notch (as indicated in the fi gure). Remove the indicator ring
(D), unscrew the fi xing ring nut (E) and take the cartridge (F) out form the mixer body (G). Then put the new car-
tridge, verifying that the two centering pins enter into the respective seats and that gaskets are well positioned.

Screw the cam (1) to the wall, checking that between the fi nished wall and its end there is a distance of 10-15 mm
(the distance between the centers of both cams should be 150 mm). Screw the fi xing nuts (3) of the mixer to the
excenter unions (1) taking care to interpose the o-rings (2). Finally, put the rosette against the wall.

Avant l'installation et la mise en fonction.
Attention! Les tubes d'alimentation doivent être rincés avec soin avant l'installation du mélangeur, de façon qu'il
ne reste pas de riblons, de restes de soudure ou de chanvre, ou d'autres saletés à l'intérieur des tubes. A travers
les tuyauteries qui ne sont pas bien rincées ou à travers l'installation hydrique générale, des corps étrangers
peuvent entrer dans le mélangeur et abîmer les joints/ les joints à anneau. Généralement nous conseillons d'in-
staller un fi ltre sur le joint principal de l'eau. Avant la mise en fonction, dévisser l'aérateur et bien rincer.
Substitution de la cartouche - Fig.1
Avant d'effectuer la substitution de la cartouche, vérifi er que la connexion de l'eau est fermée.
Dévisser la vis de fi xation (A) utilisant une clé à griffe, extraire en suite la poignée (B) en la soulevant de la
cartouche (F). Soulever la virole de fi nition (C) en utilisant (comme indiqué en la fi gure) la rainure de référence.
Quitter la bague d'indication (D), dévisser la virole de fi xation (E) et enlever la cartouche (F) du corps de mitigeur
(G). Introduire enfi n la cartouche nouvelle, en vérifi ant que les deux pivots de centrage entrent dans les sièges
respectifs et que les garnitures sont bien positionnées.

Visser la came (1) à la paroi, en contrôlant qu'entre le mur fi ni et son extrémité il y ait une distance de 10-15
mm. (l'entre-axe entre les deux cames devra être de 150 mm.). Visser les ecrous de fi xage (3) du mitigeur aux
raccords excentrées (1) en prenant soin de interposer les joint d'étancheité (2). Enfi n, appuyer la rosace contre
la paroi.
