DIP-Switches 1 – 3 OFF, DIP-Switches 4 - 7 ON = medium speed
DIP-Switch 1 – 7 ON = slowest speed

Rotation settings

DIP-Switches 8 & 9 ON, DIP-Switch 10 OFF = Clockwise rotation of a single row.
DIP-Switches 8 & 10 ON, DIP-Switch 9 OFF = Counter-clockwise rotation of a single row.
DIP-Switch 8 ON, DIP-Switches 9 & 10 OFF = Clockwise rotation of two opposite rows.
DIP-Switches 9 & 10 ON, DIP-Switch 8 OFF = Counter-clockwise rotation of two opposite rows.
DIP-Switch 9 ON, DIP-Switches 8 & 10 OFF = Clockwise rotation of four opposite rows.
Note
:
DIP-Switch 10 ON, DIP-Switches 8 & 9 OFF = all LEDs on
DIP- Switches 8, 9 & 10 ON or OFF = all LEDs off
