Before you start cutting:
- First check the bodygroomer. Make sure there are no hairs or dirt on the bodygroomer. Switch on the
appliance and check whether it is working properly.
- Relax and work with precision, making short "strokes". It is better to remove a small patch at a time
and not too much at once. You can always remove more later.
- This appliance can be used for shaving all body parts underneath the neck. The
bodygroomer is not suitable for facial or head hair.
To start cutting:
When working with the bodygroomer for the first time, cut only a small part of the hair until you become
used to the amount of hair that is cut off with a particular setting. In order to achieve the best results, the
bodygroomer should be used against the direction of growth of the hair. When doing this, it is important
that the shaving blade fully touches the skin. Do not press too hard and keep the skin taut.
Sensitive areas of skin need time to adjust to being shaved. Take your time when shaving these areas for
the first time.
CHARGING
- Connect the adapter to the charger. Put the plug into the socket.
- Make sure that the bodygroomer is switched off before connecting it to the charger.
- When the bodygroomer is charging, a red light will illuminate. If this does not happen, move the
appliance to ensure contact is made.
- The bodygroomer must be charged for 24 hours before using it for the first time. After this, it will take
just 7 hours to charge each time.
- To guarantee the lifespan of the battery it is important that it is allowed to run down fully every 3
months. The battery should then be charged for 12 hours.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

After each use remove hair clippings. Remove the shaving head from the bodygroomer and rinse it under
the tap. You can clean the outside of the groomer with a soft, damp cloth.
Dry the body groomer thoroughly after use.
This body groomer can be used under the shower and all live parts are splash-water resistant.
However, water from the shaver head may enter the front inside cavity. This is quite normal.
Do not worry. All you need to do is to turn the unit upside down to dry it after use.
DO NOT USE IN THE BATH!
