a) Pull off the ring [28].
a) Loosen the four screws and pull the half shells [29] apart.
b) Screw the sealing cap [25] from the valve body [30] and pull the pressure bolt [27]
from the valve body [30]. (Fig. 23)
• Grease the O-rings [26]. (Fig. 23)
• Assemble the shut-off valve [6].
Observe the legal requirements of your country for accident prevention and check
the device in regular intervals.
Unless otherwise specified, we recommend that an expert carries out an external
test every 2 years and an internal test every 5 years as well as a strength test every
10 years.
Faults
Use only original spare and accessory parts.
Fault
No pressure builds up in
the device.
Liquid flows out of the
pump.
Piston pressure gauge
does not indicate any
pressure.
Safety valve blows off
too early.
The nozzle does not
spray even though pres-
sure is present.
The shut-off valve does
not close.
Liquid emerges without
the lever being activated.

Cause
The pump is not screwed on
tightly.
O-ring [14] on the pump is
faulty. (Fig. 16)
Diaphragm [15] is defective.

Valve disc [17] dirty or defec-
tive. (Fig. 18)
Piston pressure gauge [8] is
defective. (Fig. 19)
Nozzle [18] (Fig. 20) or / and
filter [20] (Fig. 21) is clogged.
O-rings [26] of the pressure
bolt [27] not greased / lubri-
cated. (Fig. 23)

O-rings [26] defective.

Remedy
Screw the pump on tightly.
Replace the O-ring.
Replace the diaphragm.
Clean or replace the valve disc.
Replace the piston pressure
gauge.
Clean the filter or / and nozzle.
Grease the O-rings [26]
(dismantle shut-off valve → sec-
tion „Care and maintenance")
Replace the pressure bolt or
O-rings.
