Side grip model:
Place the lid on the pan as shown. The positioning triangle on the lid should be
aligned with the centre of the grip on the pan.
Check: The pressure cooker is correctly closed if the grips of the
lid are positioned directly over the grips on the pan.
Please follow the instructions below if you have a DUROTHERM TIMAX or
a DUROMATIC TIMAX, otherwise proceed directly to section 9.

Turn the lid in a clockwise direction until the grip
on the lid is over the grip of the pan.

C Start button
D Down button
E Battery check
F Cooking time in minutes
G Cooking stage/level
