4. TROUBLE-SHOOTING

TROUBLE
The equipment does not work and
the warning lights are off
The machine is on, but the
temperature in the tank does not
fall
The product in the tank is frozen
The product in the tank is too
warm
The cream comes out liquid
Cream comes out slowly and it is
too rich in air
The pump works, but no cream
comes out of the cock
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Lack of power supply
Automatic breaker tripped or
power current fuses blown
Machine not enabled
Lack of refrigerant in the cooling
system
Wrong thermostat temperature
Wrong thermostat temperature
Wrong pump regulation
Stuck non-return valve
The cream is not suitable for
whipping
Wrong pump regulation
Tracer not aligned with notches
Possible obstruction of the
labyrinth and the cock holes
Ice presence in the labyrinth
REMEDIES
Check the presence of voltage in
the mains
Send for the technician
Press the master switch ON/OFF
until both warning lights light up.
Send for the technician
Increase the seted thermostat
temperature
Reduce the seted thermostat
temperature
Turn the "cream regulator" to
higher positions
Wash the shutter and the rubber
non-return valve
Use another kind of cream
Turn the "cream regulator" to lower
positions
Make sure that the tracer is in
connection with the cream
regulator notches
Wash labyrinth and cock with
warm water.
Increase the seted thermostat
temperature
