Tips for adjusting the input signal:
• On the Radio/MP3 Player, turn on any musical signal and set the volume to
80% of the maximum. For example: if the maximum volume of the Radio/MP3
player is 45 (100%), set to 36 (80%).
• On the amplifier, put the LEVEL at the lowest setting and increase gradually
until you notice the sound distorting.
• Slowly lower the LEVEL until you no longer hear distortion in the sound.
4/6. CROSSOVER (Slide switch with L.P.F./FLAT /H.P.F): This switch allows
you to select that type of CROSSOVER will be used for the channels, with
the left regulator for the REAR input and the right for the FRONT input.
The switch has three positions:
L.P.F: In this position, the LOW-PASS filter that reproduces low frequencies
(below 90Hz) will be activated;
FLAT: In this position, the channel will be operating in FULL-RANGE and all
the frequencies present in the audio will be reproduced;
H.P.F: In this position, the HIGH-PASS filter that reproduces the high
frequencies (above 90Hz) will be activated.
10/14. SPEAKER OUTPUTS: This output is STEREO. Be careful to maintain
the correct polarity of the speaker connections and check the minimum
output impedance in the technical specifications. Use at least 11 AWG
cables.
11. POWER
of the battery with a cable of at least 4 AWG. It is extremely important that
a fuse or protective circuit breaker be is used on in this cable within 30
cm of the battery. The fuse or circuit breaker must be at least equal to the
maximum value of current consumed with a musical signal (see technical
specifications table).
12. REM (Automatic Turn On): Automatically activates the amplifier when
the Radio/MP3 Player is turned on. Connect the REM terminal to the
antenna outlet on your CD/MP3 Player. A 20 AWG cable is sufficient.
: Connect the positive
terminal to the positive terminal
