870801 : GN1/1 extra-low hob.
870804 : 600 x 400 extra-low hob.
y Enables temperature to be maintained at above 63°C for buffets, service, plate loading.
Ideal for : plates, GN1/1 gastro standard trays and sub-sizes to a maximum height of 40mm, pastry trays, serving
dishes.
y They are not to be used to reheat or cook.

ELECTRICAL WIRING

y Spiral flex provided with the device.
y Tension 230V sigle phase 50/60 Hz
y The device must be connected to a socket (single phase - 10/16 Amps+earth) and should be protect with a high sensi-
tivity fluctuation device.
y Hotplates 870904 / 870906 : Before plugging or unplugging, make sure that the general luminous switch, locéated on
the front part of the control board is switched off.
y Any interference with the wiring will void the guaranty.
USAGE
y Hotplates 870904 / 870906:
- Turn switch to "0".
- Connect the plug (2 phases + earth).
- Put switch in position 1.
- Adjust the thermostat (80°C minimum).
- Preheat 20min before using your hotplate.
y Extra-low hobs 870801 / 870804 :
- Plug 2P + G plug into socket.
- Allow heating plate to warm up for 20 mn before using it.
PRECAUTIONS OF USE
y The upper part of the hotplate can be very hot and can bring about some burns.
y Extra-low hobs :
- do not use knifes or cutting utensils on top of heating plates.
- keep plate away from a flame or a heat source.
y To disconnect the hot plate from the power supply, pull on the plug and not on the plate.
y Do not carry the hot plate by the electrical cord.
y Do not push the hot plate up against a wall. Leave sufficient distance so as not to bend the cord.
