Intended use

This appliance is intended for
toasting bread, rolls or bagels , for
preparing coffee and for heating
water for use in the household or
similar places such as:
staff kitchens in shops, cafés,

place of operation
For safe and trouble-free operation
of the appliance, the installation
location must satisfy the following
requirements:
Place the appliance on a stable,

level, heat resistant surface that
is also resistant to splashing
water.
The surface finishes on furni-

ture may contain substances
that can be detrimental to the
feet of the appliance. If neces-
sary, place a mat under the feet
of the appliance.
Do not place the appliance in a

hot, wet or very humid environ-
ment or in the vicinity of inflam-
mable materials.
Do not place the appliance un-

derneath a wall-mounted cup-
board.
During operation, make sure

that no valuable object or ob-
jects sensitive to damp or heat
are located in the vicinity of the
appliance in order prevent dam-
age from hot steam and water.
Never place the appliance or

parts of the appliance in the
vicinity of strong heat sources
and hot surfaces (e.g., heaters,
oven, grill).
