If you have selected the
dock source, check whether
you have docked your iPod/
iPhone/iPad securely. If you
have a protective case on
your iPod/iPhone/iPad, re-
move it and try again.

Check whether you have con-
nected the device to mains
power. The backup battery is
only used for storage of the set
clock and alarm.
Why is there no picture or only distorted picture
on the TV?

Check whether you have con-
nected the S-Video cable to
both of the device and TV.

switched on.

Check whether you have se-
lected the correct video input
source on the TV.
