Operation
1. Prepare the processing fruits and vegetables as follows:
a. Only use fruit and vegetables that are properly ripened, otherwise the
filter will block up quickly. Wash or peel the fruit or vegetables.
b. Fruits with large seeds or stones should always have these removed first.
Those with small seeds (such as apples and pears) can be processed
whole, including the skin and core.
c. Fruits with thick rinds (such as citrus fruits, melons, kiwis and beetroots)
should be peeled first before processing.
d. Fruit with a thick skin (such as citrus, melons, kiwi, beets), the skin must
be removed before they can be processed. Always remove the thick
stalks from grapes. In the case of leaf vegetables (such as spinach), the
leaves should be rolled up firmly and then push through the filling shaft.
e. Always cut fruit and vegetables into pieces small enough to pass
through the filling shaft.
