IMPORTANT: Do not use water, household
purifiers or detergents to clean the filter.
The filter may appear discolored, even after
vacuuming. This is normal and does not
affect performance in any way—a new filter is
not necessary.
If the filter becomes damaged during
cleaning, call 0870 759 9000 (UK number) to
order replacements.
Reinstalling the Filter and Resetting the
Filter Indicator Light
To reinstall the permanent filter after cleaning:
1. Install the cleaned filter into the air purifier
housing and replace the base air inlet grill. To
replace the base air inlet grill, turn it clockwise
using the base grill handle until the Lock icon
( ) on the base is aligned with the indicator
mark below the power cord outlet on the rear
side of the air purifier housing. Ensure the base
air inlet grill is locked securely in place (see
Figure 4).

2. To reset the Filter Service Indicator, press
and hold the Filter Reset Button (
seconds while the unit is operating (in any
speed). The light will flash 3 times and then
go out. The filter check timer is now reset.

event the appliance no longer functions due to a
design or manufacturing fault, please take it back

The rights and benefits under this guarantee
are additional to your statutory rights, which
are not affected by this guarantee. Only Jarden

(Europe)") has the right to change these terms.
JCS (Europe) undertakes within the guarantee
period to repair or replace the appliance, or any
part of appliance found to be not working properly
free of charge provided that:
• you promptly notify the place of purchase or
JCS (Europe) of the problem; and
• the appliance has not been altered in any
way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse,
repair or alteration by a person other than a
person authorised by JCS (Europe).

Solution
• Make sure unit is properly
plugged in and outlet is
switched on.
• Make sure unit turned ON.
• Make sure nothing is
blocking air inlet and
filtered air outlet.
• Remove all plastic bags
from filters.
• Check condition of filters
and clean if necessary.
• Make sure that the air inlet
grill is at least 30 to 90 cm
from the wall.
• This is normal and does
not affect performance in
any way. A new filter is not
necessary.
• Remove plastic bag(s)
from filter(s).
• Make sure parts are firmly
positioned in place.
