Removing soiling from the brush roller
Remove the rechargeable
battery. Set down the ap-
pliance (see fig.). Pull the
retaining clips (see fig.)
towards the brush roller.
INFORMATION: If the brush roller has been blocked by an obstruction, the motor protection switch
may have been triggered. In this case, remove the rechargeable battery and clear the cause. Wait for
30 minutes so that the switch can reset. Reinsert the rechargeable battery, disconnect the brush base
and switch on the appliance. If the brush roller still will not rotate, switch it on using its On/Off button.
Replacing the brush roller
Remove the rechargeable
battery. Set down the ap-
pliance (see fig.). Pull the
retaining clips (see fig.)
towards the brush roller.
Close the cover again after
cleaning. It clicks audibly
into place.
Open up the cover. Use
scissors to carefully
remove hairs and other
soiling.
Open up the cover. First
raise the brush roller at the
side which is not held by the
V-belt. Select the new brush
roller (see below).
Maintenance
Close the cover again
after cleaning. It clicks
audibly into place.
First thread the new brush roller
into the V-belt (see above). Then
carefully lower both ends of the
brushes into the brush base.
