1.
Séparer les différents éléments d'attelage. Enlever le mastic de protection autour des points de
fixation.
2.
Démonter le pare-chocs arrière et les 3 écrous fixant l'insertion du pare-chocs des points „B" (il
n'est pas nécessaire de démonter l'insertion du pare-chocs)
3.
Enlever les bouchons en caoutchouc du bas du châssis aux trous marqués „A" et mettre les
accessoires no. 1 par ces trous à tous les deux côtés dans le prolongement du châssis.
4.
Fixer aux points „B" et „C" le corps de l'attelage sur le support de l'insertion du pare-chocs se
trouvant à la paroi arrière de la voiture d'une façon détendue par les éléments de fixation joints
selon le dessin.
5.
Fixer le corps de l'attelage au point „A" d'une façon détendue par les éléments de fixation joints
selon le dessin.
6.
Monter la boule d'attelage et la plaque supportant la fiche de branchement sur le corps de
l'attelage..
7.
Rectifier l'attelage an position au milieu et visser tout les vis fixement:

Découper le pare-chocs selon figure no. 1.
9.
Remettre toutes les pièces enlevées sur la voiture (à l'exception de l'insertion du pare-chocs).
10. Il est conseillé de vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie après 1000 Km de traction.
11. Bosal décline toute responsabilité concernant des défauts éventuels de cet attelage qui seraient
causés par une mauvaise utilisation. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable.
12. Le crochet de remorquage ne peut être monté que par un garage spécialisé.

Pura vetokoukku pakka us ja tarkista listasta, että kaikki asennuksessa tarvittavat osat löytyvät.
Jos tarpeellista poista alustansuojaus kiinnityskohdista.
2.
Pura takapuolen puskuri ja poista puskurin muovia kiinnittävät 3 mutteria pisteistä "B" (puskurin
muovia ei tarvitse poistaa).
3.
Poista kumitolpat aluskehyksen pohjasta rei'istä "A" ja liitä varusteet "1" näiden reikien kautta
aluskehyksen kielekkeeseen molemmin puolin.
4.
Kiinnitä vetokoukku löysästi auton takaseinässä olevan puskurin muovin pidikkeeseen oheisilla
sitomaelementeillä kuvan mukaisesti pisteistä „B" ja "C".
5.
Kiinnitä vetokoukku löysästi oheisilla sitomaelementeillä kuvan mukaisesti pisteestä „A".
6.
Asenna vetokuula ja pistokkeenpitolevy vetokoukkuun.
7.
Aseta vetokoukku keskiasentoon, ja sen jälkeen kiristä kaikki ruuvit.

Leikkaa puskuri kuvan 1 mukaisesti.
9.
Asenna kaikki poistetut osat paikalleen autoon (lukuun ottamatta puskurin muovia).
10. Tuhannen kilometrin jälkeen kiristys tarkistettava.
11. Bosalia ei voida pitää vastuullisena aine- tai henkilövahingoista, jotka johtuvat väärästä
asennuksesta tai väärästä käytöstä (artikla 185 kohta 2 NBW).
12. Vetokoukun saa asentaa vain ammattihuoltopaja.

(GB) 034491 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the
underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Dismount the rear bumper and 3 nuts locking the bumper pad from points "B" (the bumper pad
should not be removed).
3.
Take out the rubber plugs from the bottom of the undercarriage at the bores marked with "A",
then place the accessories "1" into the undercarriage extension through these bores in both
sides.
4.
Loosely fix the towing hook body onto the support of the bumper pad placed on the back-wall of
the car at points "B" and "C" with the attached bonding units according to the drawing.
5.
Loosely fix the towing hook body at points "A" with the attached bonding units according to the
drawing.
6.
Mount the coupling ball and the socket plate on the towing hook body.
7.
Adjust the towing hook in the mid-position, then tighten all of the screws:

Cut out the bumper according to figure 1.
9.
Reassemble all the removed parts on the car (except for the bumper pad).
10. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
11. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by any

12. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 034491 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a hátsó lökhárítót és szerelje le a lökhárítóbetét rögzítő 3 db anyát a „B" pontokról
(a lökhárító betétet nem kell leszedni).
3.
Vegye ki a gumidugókat az alváz aljából az „A" jelű furatoknál, majd ezeken a furatokon
keresztül helyezze az alváznyúlványba az 1-es tartozékokat mindkét oldalon.
4.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet az autó hátfalán lévő lökhárítóbetét tartójára a „B" és „C"
pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
5.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet az „A" pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
6.
Szerelje a vonógömböt és a dugaljtartó lemezt a vonóhorogtestre.
7.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

8.
Vágja ki a lökhárítót az 1-es ábra alapján.
9.
Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra.
10. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak feszességét ellenőrizni
kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
11. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó hibákért. (art. 185
lid 2 N.B.W)
12. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
