Why is it that I cannot charge my mobile devices through
the USB socket on NB-250?
• Check whether you have
connected a USB cable to both
NB-250 and your mobile device
securely.
• Your mobile device may not
support charging through the USB
socket. Check the user manual of
the mobile device for details.
• The built-in battery of NB-250 may
be drained. Connect the speaker
to AC mains.
