inTroduCTion
Read this manual completely before operating, and keep it for
future reference. Follow all safety messages and specifications to prevent
injury to the operator and bystanders, and damage to the equipment.

SAFeTY inForMATion

>
Operators and bystanders must always wear safety goggles when the Torque
Sensors in use.
>
Wear a protective hair covering to prevent entanglement with moving parts.
>
Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry while operating the Torque Sensor to prevent
them from geting caught in moving parts.
>
Keep your body away from moving parts.
>
Flying particles can discharge when applying torque.
>
Before operating the Torque Sensor, check for obstacles near your hand, and
anticipate the reaction force by gripping the handle firmly.
>
Ensure that all components, including adaptors, extension drivers, and sockets, are
rated to match or exceed the torque or load being applied.
>
Do not use unauthorised, chipped, cracked, or damaged sockets or accessories.
>
While using ratchets, ensure that the direction is fully engaged in the
correct position.
>
Ensure that components are properly connected before use.
>
If employed, ensure that USB cable cannot snag or tangle, or otherwise interfere
with safe operation.

APPLiCABLe SKu

These sensors are compatible with Torque Bench J657B to calibrate
torque wrenches.
1.3

CALiBrATion

This sensor is a precision measuring device. It is supplied calibrated and
certifed. Annual calibration is necessary to maintain accuracy.
