Guarantee
Valid in the Federal Republic of Germany. We guarantee this appliance according
to the following conditions:
We will undertake to repair the appliance at no charge, if sent to us free of charge, if a
defect in material or workmanship is reported within a period of 24 months (in case of
commercial use or equivalent use, within 12 months) from the date of purchase.
All guarantee obligations assume proper handling of the appliance.
Parts that are subject to normal wear (e.g. drive belts, battery packs, batteries, brushes,
filters) are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee will be voided in the event of alterations or repairs by persons not autho-
rized by us. The same applies if third-party replacement parts or accessories are instal-
led.
The guarantee preferably consists in the repair or replacement of the defective parts.
Repairs at the place of installation can be requested only for appliances that are perma-
nently installed.
The invoice or sales receipt of the retail dealer with the purchase date is required for all
guarantee claims..
If a repair fails and the damage or defect cannot be eliminated even after rectification, the
appliance will be replaced by an appliance of equal value. If neither repair nor replace-
ment is possible, the customer is entitled to return the appliance and to receive a refund
of the purchase price. In case of an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, allo-
wance can be made for the period of use.
Guarantee claims do not extend the guarantee period or constitute the beginning of a
new guarantee period. The guarantee period for installed replacement parts ends with the
guarantee period for the overall appliance.
