Phoenix Mecano Komponenten AG undertakes to supply the technical documents for partly
completed machinery as set out in Annex VII B of Directive 2006/42/EU in electronic form to the
national agencies in response to a justified request.

porated complies with the provisions of EC Directive 2006/42/EC.
