Attachment of spraying hose (03)
1. Connect spray hose to handle:
■
Screw connector (03/1) onto handle
(03/2).
■
Push hose end (03/3) into connector
(03/1) and screw tight with the nut.
2. Connect spray hose to tank:
■
Push second hose end (03/4) into tank
connector (03/5) and screw tight with the
nut.

Attaching and adjusting shoulder strap (04)
1. Align shoulder strap (04/1) on the appliance
so that buckle (04/2) will be in front of the op-
erator.
2. Hook the snap hooks (04/3) of the shoulder
strap into eyes (04/4) on the spraying appli-
ance.
3. Hang the entire appliance over the shoulder
using the shoulder strap. The buckle must be
in front of the operator.
4. Adjust the buckle until the desired position is
reached.

5.1
Charging the rechargeable battery
CAUTION!
Danger of fire during charging!
Due to heating of the charger, there is a
danger of fire if it is placed on an inflam-
mable surface and is not adequately
ventilated.

Always use the charger on a non-in-
flammable surface or in a non-com-
bustible environment.
■
If available: Keep the ventilation
slots free.
NOTE
The rechargeable battery and the
charging unit are not included.
The rechargeable battery is partially charged.
Fully charge the rechargeable battery before us-
ing it for the first time. The rechargeable battery
can be charged in any charge status. Interrupting
charging does not damage the rechargeable bat-
tery.

Inserting the rechargeable battery (06)
1. Push rechargeable battery (06/1) into re-
chargeable battery slot (06/2) until it engages
(06/a).
Removing the rechargeable battery (06)
1. Press and hold the unlock button (06/3) on
the rechargeable battery (06/1).
2. Remove rechargeable battery (06/b).

Operation of an incompletely assembled
appliance can result in serious injury.

Only operate the appliance when it
is fully assembled.
■
Do not insert the battery into the ap-
pliance until it is fully assembled.
■
Check that all safety and protective
devices are in place and functioning
correctly before switching on.

Mixing the spraying solution
WARNING!
Risk of injury
Mix the chemicals strictly according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Incorrect
mixtures can result in toxic vapours or
explosive solutions.
■
Prepare the spraying solution only outdoors
or in a well-ventilated area.
■
The spraying solution must be as fluid as wa-
ter.
■
Mix only the amount of spraying solution that
you need for the work to be carried out.
