1. The LED blinks 1 time

Failure of angle measurement function
check the continuity of the spiral copy potentiometer cable
check if a wire of the copy potentiometer is broken or not welded
check if there is no short circuit between wires
change the copy potentiometer

2. The LED blinks 2 times

Motor is supplied but there is no angular variation
check if the locking knob of the sliding upper leg support is tightened
change the motor
verify if the copy potentiometer and the cotter pin are tightened
change the copy potentiometer

3. The LED blinks 3 times

Short circuit or abnormal consumption of the motor
run the motor without load with an external power supply at 10 Volts
check the motor consumption after 10 minutes
if the current is greater than 600 mA, change the motor
else, redo the calibration of the motor (see method "MET09057" for more details)
if the problem persists, change the motor

4. The LED blinks 4 times

Motor is supplied but motor consumption is null
check if a wire of the motor is broken or not welded
check 12V on the connector of the motor PCB in RUN mode: change the motor PCB
motor carbons are blocked: change the motor

5. The LED blinks 5 times

After 2000 operating hours, the KINETEC PRIMA ADVANCE requires a preventive maintenance.
check all the points written on the "AFTER SALES CHECK LIST" sheet.

6. The LED blinks 6 times

Not enough power
check 12V on the output of the power supply (change if necessary)
check 12V on the motor PCB (change if necessary)

7. The LED blinks 7 times

Hand controller failure
check if the hand controller is plugged onto the motor PCB
check if a wire of the hand controller is broken or not welded
check if there are short circuits between wires of the hand controller
