The potential-free auxiliary input can be
used to connect a switch with which the
flush-mounted radio can be switched on
and off.
Another option is to connect a timer switch
make-contact to the auxiliary input (see
illustration 6). The flush-mounted radio /
timer switch combination can be used as
radio alarm clock, for example.
