3) When using an AI lens, connect this lens to

tion cable of the lens – according to the pin
configuration for the lens type used listed in
the table – to the supplied 4-pole plug, then
connect this plug to the jack.

5 Mounting
The camera can be installed on a camera support
(e. g. support of the MONACOR TVH-... series),
on a camera stand, or on a pan/tilt head (e. g.
MONACOR VPT-50). For this purpose, the lower
side of camera is provided with an adapter (9)
with thread jack [thread 6.3 mm (
pended installation, this adapter can alternatively
be screwed to the upper side of the camera.
For outside installation, the camera must be
placed in a weatherproof housing.

6 Connecting the Camera

Connect the BNC jack VIDEO OUT (6) to the
video input of the following unit (e. g. monitor,
camera switcher, video splitter) via a 75 Ω cable
(e. g. MONACOR VEC-62/10). With a cable
length exceeding 100 m, a video amplifier should
be inserted between the camera and the cable to
compensate cable loss.
For power supply, connect a regulated power
supply unit (e. g. MONACOR PS-12CCD) with
an output voltage of 12 V
