2.2 Pre Operation

Be sure that the Blade # 08 (Pct.01) has the right tension before operating the Saw. Turn
clockwise the Blade Tension Regulator # 01 (Pct.01) handle to adjust Blade Tension.
First of all check if the machine is firmly standing in its position. Before using it clean the
Blade # 08, the Wheels # 05 and # 21 and the Doors Nº04 and #17 (Pct.01) with water and neutral
soap.
To regulate (stretch) the Blade # 08 (Pct.01) turn clockwise the Regulator # 01 (Pct.01)
handle.

3. OPERATION

3.1 Operation Process

Under no circumstances your hand is to be placed in front of the Blade to push the meat
With the machine switched off adjust the Blade Guide # 07 (Pct.01) and the Thickness Guide
# 15 (Pct.01).
To switch on the Saw, turn the On/Off Switch # 02 (Pct.01) located on the upper side of the
machine to "On" position.
Put the meat to be processed on the Sliding Table # 10 (Pct.01) and push it towards the Blade
# 08 (Pct.01) aligning it using the Thickness Guide # 15 (Pct.01) to have a uniform slice thickness.
Withdrawing the meat, do be careful not to touch the back side (smooth side) of the Blade #
08 (Pct.01), doing so the Blade will have no risk to jump out of the Wheels # 05 and # 21 (Pct.01).

3.2 Cleaning

To clean the Saw, first switch it off from electric source. All the parts in direct
contact with the meat have to be cleaned.
To remove the movable parts, please proceed as follows:

location that is within a thirty (30) mile radius of a Service Company. End Users are
responsible for all extra travel and mileage rates. In this case, warranty services will be
provided during regular business hours.
This product will be replaced or repaired under warranty, for a period of (1) year,
beginning from the date of purchase by the original purchaser/user ("End User").
Accessories will be replaced or repaired under warranty, for a period of (30) days,
beginning from the date of purchase by the original purchaser/user ("End User").
This warranty shall not take effect until a properly completed and executed WARRANTY
REGISTRATION form has been received by SKYFOOD EQUIPMENT, LLC, wit hin thirty
(30) days from the date of purchase. The WARRANTY REGISTRATION is available either
in the Instruction Manual of every Product or at SKYFOOD's website www.skyfood.us. The
End User must fill out the WARRANTY REGISTRATION form and send it to SKYFOOD
according to the instructions posted on the referred website. Failure to do so will VOID
the warranty.

proof of purchase for the operator to assist you.
SKYFOOD reserves the right to change the terms of its limited warranty at any time
without any prior notice. It also reserves the right to change the design and
specifications of its equipment or any related documentation at any time. The end
user is not entitled to upgrades or refunds resulting from these changes.
