CONTROL BOARD FEATURES

The VIVO-D201 / VIVO-D201M control board is built to
motorise swing gates using direct current operators,
with encoder (BUL, TOPO, ARC 24V or AXIL 24V), with
limit switches, or without encoder or limit switches
(ARES 24V).
This control board has a torque limitation system to
adjust the impact forces to the required values.
General features

D201: 230Vac, 50Hz; D201M: 125Vac, 60Hz
• Control of open/close by way of encoder (BUL, TOPO,
ARC 24V, AXIL 24V), time (ARES 24V) or limit switches
• Programming using the display
• Adjustable maximum thrust
• Adjustable standby time in automatic cycle
• Opening and closing safety device cable connectors
(photocells)
Notable features
Self-testing of photocells (programmable)
(Cable connectors P21 and P22) The control board
tests the photocells before starting each closing
operation. Should a failure be detected, the operation
is not carried out.
STOP pushbutton (emergency stop)
(Cable connectors P7 and P8) This control board
allows an emergency stop pushbutton to be installed
(STOP). This pushbutton is of NC type (normally closed).
The opening of these contacts produces the immediate
halting of the gate.
Garage light (programmable)
(Cable connectors G7 and G8) The garage light time
can be programmed between 0 and 240 seconds. Time
begins to count when the operation starts.
Flashing light (voltage free output)
(Cable connectors G9 and G10) The light remains on
during the opening and closing operations.
The light goes off when the operation finishes. The light
goes off whenever operation is interrupted at an
intermediate point.
Traffic light
A traffic light can be connected if the AEPS1-001 card
is installed. Using colour lights, this will indicate the
suitability or otherwise of crossing the gate.
• Off: gate closed
• Green light: gate open, free passage.
• Red light: gate in movement, passage forbidden.
• Flashing green light: open gate about to close in
automatic mode.

It is also fitted with a start-up and softstop system
which reduces speed at the start and end of the
opening and closing operations, in order to improve
safety and operation smoothness.
The VIVO-D201 / VIVO-D201M control board, along with
the BUL, TOPO, ARC 24V, ARES 24V or AXIL 24V operator,
allows the requirements of Standard EN 12453 to be
fulfilled.

SCA Light
(Cable connectors G9 and G10)
A 24V SCA light can be connected.
• The light remains off when the gate is closed.
• The SCA light remains on statically when the gate is
open.
• During opening, the SCA light flashes every second.
• During closing, the SCA light flashes every half a
second.
Slowdown function (programmable)
Function which reduces the speed of the motor at the
end of the opening and closing operations. Both
softstop speed and distance can be programmed.
Reset (rS)
Reset is the closed gate position search at slow speed.
The display shows rS. The operator carries out a reset
in the following cases:
• When the electricity supply is restored following
interruption, and a key device is activated.
• A key device is activated when the STOP contact is
opened and then closed.
• When the gate collides twice consecutively with an
obstacle, and a new key device is activated.
• When the gate halts during opening by pressing the
key device and then closes, the key device is
activated again.
