TO USE GRATER:
7- Set adjustable plate by turning the dial (I) to "0" position as shown in
fig.4
8- Insert grater blade(E,F) into mandolin top(B).
9- Secure food with hand guard(A) and slide back and forth to grate.

REMOVING THE BLADE:

Place finger into finger slot (H) and gently lift up carefully pull blade away
the interchangeable blade from the mandolin top(B).
CAUTION
Blades are extremely sharp, handle with care and keep out reach of
children.
