2.2.- REAR PANEL DESCRIPTION
A) INPUTS – XLR
Every controller is equipped with balanced inputs. The signal polarity is indicated on the rear panel,
(1GND = ground, 2 = (+) hot, 3 = (-) cold), as shown in Fig. 2.3.
B) OUTPUT – XLR
Unbalanced output, with signal polarity indicated on the rear panel. (1 GND = ground, 2 signal, 3
GND = ground).
The nominal impedance of the inputs is 79.2 kΩ in balanced mode. If you wish to use the inputs
unbalanced, connect pin 3 (-) with pin 1 (GND). In this case the nominal input impedance would be 39.6 kΩ.
C) MAINS CABLE
AC connection of the controllers to the mains is accomplished through a cable which can be is connected
from the unit (HO5VV-F 3x0.75 mm
female tripolar connector CEE22, (an IEC320 10A type connector).
Nominal operational voltage is selected at the rear panel and can be either 115 V AC or 230 V AC
(±10%).
D) SERIAL NUMBER
Every unit has a serial number. This number matches individual technical inspection and quality
control verification sheets which are filed at the factory for future reference.
E) CE-LABEL
The CT-1 controller complies with current European Community legislation regarding CE marking.
F) FUSE
We recommend the use of a T- type fuse in all models. Fuse values are found on the rear panel of
each device.
