Microwave cooking principles

Microwaves are forms similar to radio waves, television and common sunlight
energy. The microwaves are scattered in the atmosphere and disappear
without causing any effect. Microwave ovens have an electrical circuit
designed to make use of microwave energy for cooking food.
Electric power supplied to the electric circuit is used to generate microwave
energy. Microwaves are led into the furnace through lateral openings into the
oven.
Microwaves do not pass through metal walls of the oven, but can pass through
materials such as glass, porcelain, plastic, paper towels and special utensils
microwave.
When the door is opened, the oven stops automatically to produce
microwave.
The microwave energy is completely converted to heat when it enters food,
leaving no residual energy in them.
The biggest advantage over the conventional microwave oven is cooking
speed and the fact preserve vitamins in food.
