Remarks:
- Please note that the result of the automatic cooking programmes depends on the shape
and size of the food to be cooked.
- Never place the food directly onto the base plate for cooking, heating up or defrosting;
always use a suitable utensil.
- Firm or dense food types should not be cooked directly without first being defrosted.
Otherwise the outside parts will already be cooked before the inside is defrosted.
- When cooking or warming food, it should be covered to prevent it from drying out.
- Once the cooking or defrosting programme has run halfway through, turn or stir the
food to ensure that the heat is evenly distributed.

The dish to be heated is about 5°C; use a suitable container
designed for use with a microwave oven, or plastic foil
