Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, the user should
read the following instructions carefully.
Connection to the mains supply
Make sure that the supply voltage
corresponds with the voltage marked on the
rating label on the adapter. This product
complies with all binding CE labelling
directives.

Important safety instructions
Prevent the adapter and charging base
from getting wet at all times. The shaver
itself is splash-proof. It may be exposed
to splashing water (e.g. from a shower),
but must not be immersed.
In case of any malfunction during the
charging process, remove the adapter
from the wall socket.
This appliance should only be charged by
means of the adapter and charging base
provided by the manufacturer.
Before the appliance is used, the main
unit (including the adapter and charging
base) as well as any attachment fitted
should be checked thoroughly for any
defects. Should the appliance, for
instance, have been dropped onto a hard
surface, it must not be used any longer:
even invisible damage may have adverse
effects on the operational safety of the
appliance.
Rechargeable

Do not leave the appliance unattended.
Keep it out of the reach of children.
Caution: do not use the appliance for
shaving facial skin or scalp hair areas.
Caution: the shaving-head with foil and
the blades are extremely sharp: there
may be a risk of injury.
Always switch off
- after use,
- in case of any malfunction, and
- before cleaning the appliance.
When removing the plug from the wall
socket, never pull on the power cord;
always grip the plug itself.
This appliance is not intended for use by
any person (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lacking experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
No responsibility will be accepted if
damage results from improper use, or if
these instructions are not complied with.
This appliance is only intended for
domestic use and not for commercial
applications.
In order to comply with safety
regulations and to avoid hazards, repairs
of electrical appliances must be carried
out by qualified personnel, including the
replacement of the power cord. If repairs
are needed, please send the appliance to
one of our customer service departments.

Charging process
Before using the appliance for the first time,
the battery must be fully charged. An initial
charging time of approximately 15 hours is
required. Any subsequent charging cycles
will take around 12 hours. However, the
appliance can remain on charge for a longer
period without damage or danger.
