ASSEMBLY

3.4.1 Part you are receiving:
- BIN BODY
- REMOVABLE SUPPORT
BEFORE INSTALLING THE GRAIN BIN VERIFY THE FOLLOWING:
You received the equipment complete and in good condition.
The ground area where it is going to be placed is firm and leveled.
You have a forklift or a hoist with 500 kg (1102.31 lb) minimum of lift capacity.
3.4.2 How to assemble the equipment
A. Two removable supports are fixed in transport position to the legs of the bin. Lift the bin with a forklift or a hoist to detach each support by
removing the nuts and bolts.
B. Place th supports in working position under the legs of the bin and fix firmly with the same nuts and bolts.

OPERATION

4.1 BEFORE FILLING THE BIN
Make sure the bin is clean and dry before filling it.

4.2 WHEN FILLING THE BIN

Fill the bin up to its designated capacity.
Avoid spills.
Make sure the discharge gate is closed.
Use the ladder carefully to inspect the level of content.
Make sure that no person is up on the ladder when filling the bin.
Close the filling port lid after completing the process.
NOTE:
Keep the area clear of people, animals
or objects when lifting the bin and pay
particular attention to safety measures.

The use of a 9/16" wrench
is advisable.
